It’s that time of year again where we evaluate what we have done, what we haven’t, and how we will change our lives for the better. In order to truly make an impact on your life, you need to start right now and gradually move into your changes. Write all of your goals out on paper and review them daily before the new year starts so that your new path will already be a habit.
Tell positive people about your new found direction in life and avoid the naysayers. In the end, keep this in mind:

Most of us make the mistake of trading time for money. Time is our most valuable asset that can never be recovered. There aren’t any retry or reset buttons in real life. Spending long hours at work will often place a burden on our families. When we are employed, our employer uses us for leverage and we don’t have any leverage of our own. Trading time for money while employed always limits our income potential to the time we have to work and what our “oh so generous” employers will pay us.
The secret to breaking the “time for money” cycle is to come up with ideas and strategies to create passive income.
