Most of us make the mistake of trading time for money. Time is our most valuable asset that can never be recovered. There aren’t any retry or reset buttons in real life. Spending long hours at work will often place a burden on our families. When we are employed, our employer uses us for leverage and we don’t have any leverage of our own. Trading time for money while employed always limits our income potential to the time we have to work and what our “oh so generous” employers will pay us.
